As one who grew up never attending church; not becoming a Christian until his junior year in college, the non-traditional path of Pastor Bobby Dagnel has given him a unique connection with the unchurched, and the ability to teach, discuss, and apply the scriptures in a way that appeals to a broad group of people from diverse backgrounds. After being suspended from the University of Oklahoma, Bobby embarked upon a search to find meaning and purpose in life. Through the initial concern and gentle inquiry of a co-worker, and the subsequent counsel of a local pastor, Bobby would commit his life to Christ and discover his purpose and mission. With a strong sense of calling, a razor-like focus, and while working 60-hour weeks as a welder, Bobby continued his educational pursuits at The University of Texas in Tyler, completing a Bachelor of Business of Administration in management and a minor in marketing. This was followed by a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. In addition, he has completed the classroom requirements for the Doctor of Ministry degree at Baylor University’s George W.
