Volunteering is about helping others and being a key part of something bigger than yourself.
"4 Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit.5 And there are varieties of ministries, and the same Lord.6 There are varieties of effects, but the same God who works all things in all persons. 7 But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good."

Volunteer Opportunities
As a ministry to moms we are wanting to reach mothers with young children. Moms will enjoy a time with new friends, an opportunity to hear a speaker and share their life experiences thru conversation and prayer. This awesome new ministry to FBC can only grow with dedicated and loving volunteers. Volunteer opportunities:
- Join the MOPS steering committee
- Become a mentor mom to a small group of young mothers
- Serve on the MOPS Childcare Team (only 3 hours a month!) - Love on the babies and preschoolers while their moms are at the meeting. This is a great way to give to a great ministry!!
We meet the first Thursday of every month Sept -May from 9:30 to 12
Help introduce what it means to worship to three and four years olds through song, prayer and giving. We are looking for volunteers with the gift of storytelling, singing and a love for preschoolers.
Email Elisa or call (806) 747-1712 to help Volunteer at 11:00 during the morning worship once a month or every Sunday if you like! Rock babies, read a story to a toddler or play house with a preschooler. If you love children you will enjoy this hour of fun while parents participate in worship.

Sunday Bible Study
Each week we have age appropriate and relevant bible study groups that meet on Sunday mornings at 9:30am (11:00am for college students). Volunteers are needed to help teach as well as perform administrative roles. To help with a specific age group, please contact the appropriate ministry listed below.
